Exhibition at gallery and sculpture garden A-quadraat
## Gallery and sculpture garden A-quadraat in Vorden is showing several beautiful sculptures by Maïté Duval again, in the group exhibition Springtime. On view until 23 June 2024.
Maïté worked with gallery owners Ad and Ad Borest of A-quadraat for many years, so we are delighted that they have made a special place for her work in their group exhibition this summer. A-quadraat, gallery and sculpture garden, lies in the countryside near Vorden. They show contemporary painting and sculpture by artists of national and international standing.
The second large exhibition of this year centres on the paintings of Nikkie le Nobel and Inge Peeze. There is also sculpture by Rob Zweerman, Kitty Tijbosch and Maïté Duval. The sculptures Verdriet and Rust have been shown at A-quadraat before, but her last sculpture, Inspiratie, now has a prominent place as well. The work of Maïté Duval moves between self assured female figures and almost fragile portraits such as Melancholie and the moving Verdriet.
The exhibition runs until 23 June and can be visited from Friday to Sunday between 1pm and 5pm, and by appointment.
